At this time, we do not offer Free Returns  

 

 The products listed under the product description page will be the refund policy in place in our store. Also, EACH time you have to send back any item to a fulfillment center, we are charged. This charge is passed along to the customer. This will also reflect any re-stock fee's or any charges associated with that product.  This will be applicable on each order, which could vary from $3.99 * $8.00.  Each item is solely based on our supplier's refund policies. Although we offer refunds on many of our products typically within 7 DAYS, We do not offer refunds on other products listed belowThe refund date will reflect the delivery of the Shipping and Tracking number. For item's that arrive damaged , will be considered for a Replacement.  Some products, please note - refund policies are subject to change at any time with limited notice from the time of ordering to receiving products. Therefore, that will be the return policy for any said products.  We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders that we feel are fraudulent in nature. We will also take the appropriate action to report mail and credit card fraud and seek legal repercussions if necessary.

Also, SOME of the HANDMADE JEWLERY, HOME DECOR AND MEDITATION PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO THE NATURE OF WHAT PURPOSES  PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED USE FOR.  EACH INDIVIDUAL SUPPLIER'S REFUND POLICY WILL BE APPLICABLE

 Is NOT FEASABLE DUE TO LOGISITICS OF OUR MANUFACTUER'S LOCATION, HIGH COSTS RE-STOCK FEE'S, OTHER FEE’S ASSOCIATED, OR NOT APPLICABLE FOR RE-SALE.  

 

Please note: VERY IMPORTANT.  Also these fees $3.99 * $8.00 can include for various  reasons (ex: re-stocking fees, corrugated boxes, and processing fees) These fees will be passed along to you, less the original cost of your shipment. 
For Most products under $45.00 the $3.99 re-stock fee will apply. We will do our very best to try to accommodate our customers if possible, based on the position of our manufacture at that time. Any items over $45.00 Will most likely result in a $8.00 re-stock fee. 

Please remember: We offer FREE SHIPPING and when a return or refund takes place, we  also have to absorb the policy charges in place. 

These Charges will be deducted from original costs.

 You will be issued the balance on you're original method of payment ( Credit Card ) or Store Credit. 

 

  If your package gets lost in transit, this has to be taken up with the courier service. We will gladly assist in tracking, but Step into My Zen is not solely responsible for lost packages.

HOW TO START A REFUND (see below)

  1. All refunds must be requested to us in email and one of our team associates will review within 2-3 business days.
  2. You must send in minimal (2) Pictures of item showing it's condition.
  3. All merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way in order for us to accept the return
  4. ONCE APPROVED, You then must mail back your product to the supplier, at your cost to the mailing address listed on  package, along with your packing slip / receipt. 
  5. ONCE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED, It typically can take 10-14 business days for a refund.  Payment will be issued the same form you provided, less any fee's if applicable.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

BROKEN ITEMS & DAMAGED GOODS 

A replacement item or refund for broken / damage goods, are considered non use of products that arrived damaged or broken. You will be sent a NEW ITEM as This will be handled ASAP. We will need proof of damages. If there is low stock inventory or that item has dis-continued, you will then receive a refund in the method of Store Credit.

You also will receive in addition

A $10.00 store credit via email for the inconvenience this may cause you for any damaged products that arrived. 

 

 Refund or Store Credit requests outside of our Refund Policy Time will not be honored.

There is no cancellation policy after your item has been processed or shipped. If we are able to cancel an item before processing, we will do our very best if the order has not already been fulfilled. If it has been fulfilled, unfortunately, you must wait to receive the item.

Due to the return policies in place, please understand these products are very specific. When making a purchase, please make sure what your ordering, is what you want.
